The
Store is staffed by volunteers from local community non-profit groups as a
fundraiser for their organization – they receive $500 for 2 weeks of work,
27 hours/week. You will find a good variety of used and un-used household
items such as pots, pans, glassware, giftware, small appliances, utensils,
cutlery, crystal and other odds and ends. We offer a full line of clothing
options for the whole family including shoes, jackets, suits etc. Small
electronics, hardware, Baby toys & supplies, puzzles & games and much more
all at less than bargain prices. So stop in, take a look around.....who
knows what hard to find bargain might be had.

Some organizations have volunteered more than once during the fiscal year.
Store Donations
Donations of clothing, house wares, furniture, books, electronics, etc that are in good, working condition are gratefully accepted by the store staff year round, during business hours.
Thank you for NOT leaving donations outside by the facility doors while the store is not open (after hours). Often bags that are left outside will get wet, ripped open, or stolen before store staff can bring them in, and valuable donations are therefore lost or unusable.
The store does not accept garage sale leftovers, or items that are broken or in poor condition
Customers can call ahead to find out if the store has a particular item in stock, or if they choose they can put their names on a waiting list if they are in need of a particular item. A staff member will contact them if their desired item arrives in our store.
Unfortunately, Mrs. Lucci's has a limited amount of storage space at the back of the store where we can keep overflow stock or out-of-season items. Therefore, when the store has acquired more merchandise that it can handle, we donate the excess items to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation.
